- Work directly with Customer Service team, Logistics team in US to receive order and handle order.
- Make booking with forwarder/carriers
- Work on customer’s order: send out booking request, receive booking confirmation, plan for warehouse loading, submit VGM/SI.
- Send empty container plan for trucking service company.
- Make sure empty container on time for warehouse loading.
- Work with supplier on missing inventory.
- Check when inventory will be available then plan outbound order accordingly.
- Checking arising charges & solve issues during process
Working Location: VSIP 2, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong
Company bus pick up at Bien Hoa, Binh Duong, HCMC (Thu Duc, District 12, Binh Thanh, District 1...)

Over 1 year experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain
Proven track record of success measured by increased responsibility and attainment of prescribed objectives.
