Draft, review, critique, edit contracts, agreements, internal regulations, minutes, resolutions, decisions, applications, corporate letters and other legal documentations.
Take care of attainment and amendment of licenses, governmental approvals, permits.
Monitor legal obligations under corporate agreements to ensure compliance.
Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of corporate policies.
Detect, review, analyze, comment and provide solutions to legal and risk issues.
Advise on statutory compliances, assist and oversee relevant departments in the compliance and prepare regulatory reports, submissions as required.
Provide sound legal advice to the concerned departments / “customers” as required.
Supervise and assist document control administrator in develop and managing legal filing systems.
Serve as contact person for Legal Department to handle legal and risk queries.
Make a translation for legal documentations.
Perform related duties as required.

Education
BA degree in law
Practicing License
Major: Commerce/Economic
Experience
No. of year experience: At least 03 years
Field of experience: Customs, banking, environment, corporate compliance, real estate.
