JOB SUMMARY Work/Coordinate closely with all Departments to catch up the training demand. Building plan, analysis the need and arrange the training course. Analysis the budget of each cost (internal training & external) ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1. Education BA or Education background typically requires BS/BA or equivalent 2. Experience & qualifications Minimal 3 years in training fields Prior experience with building and delivering soft skill training programs for mass production company Previous experience of working in manufacturing industry. Proficiency in keyboarding and application of Microsoft Office Suite is required. Previous recognition for excellent interpersonal skills is required. Previous experience developing training material is highly desirable. 3. Knowledge of: Psychology of adult learners Methodology of training and coaching Management knowledge in Training field, Company training process 4. Skills and Abilities Fluently English both in reading and writing. Good presentation skill Good communication skill Computer & Microsoft Office Suite Digital camera with video capabilities Dedication to and ability to focus on work-related assignments is essential. Ability of organizing training projects. |
