Work as a bridge to improve and strengthen the employer-employee relationship; maintain constant contact with workers, identifying and resolving workplace issues that affect the job satisfaction, productivity, morale and turnover. Perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, enhance the working environment, and employee engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct “Roundtable”; Follow up issues and update result.
Interviews and gathers information on workers' feelings about factors that affect worker morale, motivation, and efficiency; and facilitate resolution of employee relations problems;
Evaluates and resolves human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meets with management, related departments to determine appropriate actions;
Prepares reports on workers' comments and actions taken;
Inspects work stations, facilities to ensure required changes or actions are implemented;
Interviews workers to determine reactions to specific actions taken;
Explains and provides advice to workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.
Counsels employees regarding work, family, or personal problems.
Handle the disciplinary action procedure (check the filling of the form, look up the disciplinary action history, investigate into special circumstances, and make the overall statement form on a weekly basis);
Handle the employees exit and prepare the related exit’s certificates;
Track and make the report of the turnover, and analyze the reason of exit;
Other HR relation tasks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education University/ College Degree, Major in Human Resources, or in related fields
2. Experience Minimum 3 year HR experience. Candidates have working experience of Employee Relations and Engagement is advantage.
3. Skills and Abilities Intermediate English skills. Rich in Human Resources knowledge; Must be able to formulate culture building activities; Collaborative approach and can effectively work with others to achieve team success; Self-starter and proactive; should have the ability to plan, schedule and arrange own activities to accomplish objectives; Good communication and coordination skills; Highly capable of identifying problems and solving problems; Proactive, enthusiastic, creative, embrace changes, performs under pressure Skilled in Computer Operation (MSOffice, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
