1. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
2. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
4. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer and onboarding.
5. Conduct pre-screen interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
6. Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate data entry.
7. Coordinate pre-employment screenings and background checks.
8. Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates.
9. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
10. Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
11. Represent the company at recruitment events and build relationships with potential candidates.
12. Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and direct outreach.
13. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company’s employer brand.
14. Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other industry-related activities.
15. Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and provide regular reports to senior management.
16. Stay up to date with recruitment technologies and emerging trends, ensuring the organization remains competitive in the talent market.
17. Conduct tther tasks as assigned by Dept. Head.
