ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of Frame Engineering of Upholstery, get all information relating to Frame, spec from US, China facility to develop in Wanek.
- Review, update, modify and change structures of Frame when required by graphic software.
- Work closely with US, WV to communicate about new frame, ECO updating
- In charge of Frame mill system development to get professional AIS for Wanek Vault
- Responsible for R&D frame of product, facilitate for Cover-fitting, Pilot run to mass production.
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvements using lean, kaizen, CI and 6s tools. Develop and prepare transformation plan, liaise with Ashley US companies and Wanvog on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare information of UPH Transfers plan, BOM change, creating, updating.
- Update information relating to Pilot Run meeting, follow up to get all tasks done.
- Facilitate for Cost saving projects relating to Frame complete on time in full.
- Develop Visual controls, communicate goals and best practice. Maintain, update workshop layout UPH Dept.
- Will be the driving force for implementing and improving the safety standards within the company.
- Complete other assignments and special projects as requested by Department Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education
- Four-year university degree or similar level of knowledge and experience
- Apics certification preferred
- Experience
- > 3-5 year experience in purchasing
