ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Comply with the company safety procedures. Live the company culture of integrity and professional competence
2. Responsible for designs, fabrication and installation machines by using mechanical and automation knowledges
3. Establish or adjust work methods and procedures to meet production schedules, using knowledge of capacities of machines, equipment, and personnel
4. Monitor operations, and inspect, test, and measure completed work, using devices, such as hand tools, gauges, and specifications to verify conformance to standards
5. Patrol work area and examine tools and equipment to detect unsafe conditions or violations of safety rules
6. Recommend measure, such as procedural changes, service manuals revisions, and equipment purchases, to improve work performance and minimize operating costs
7. Train workers or maintenances in methods, procedures, and use of equipment is built by Wanek
8. Proposing solutions for improving processes
9. Participating in the performance of investment and repair works in the automation and mechanical improvements
10. Programming, testing and implementing the application software of PLC automation systems
11. Assist in scheduling machine arrival
12. Establishes a clear and well-articulated implementation plan as well as ensuring commitments of project deadlines
13. Suggest materials to build/improve machine efficiently
14. Coordinate with CI team members to make sure that the idea is implemented as required
15. Any other duties as assigned by Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
AAS degree in a related technical field of study or equivalent experience required. Specialization in automation, electrical and mechanical engineering
2. Experience
2 or more years of production/maintenance/design experience required
Hands-on mechanical, electrical, and electronic experience required
Experience utilizing computerized maintenance systems required
Using Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
Proficient in Design/Drafting Tools AutoCAD and SolidWorks required
Experience and skill in troubleshooting control system issues
3. Knowledge of:
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services
Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
