1. Work closely with all departments to prepare training need analysis based on job analysis and skill matrix. 2. Prepare training plan and training materials. 3. Maintain training records. Update all data on software or MS excel master file. 4. Develop & update soft skill training program such as: new concept, visual aids, games, case studies… 5. Issue certificate for trainees after finishing each training course. 6. Join E-Learning team to manage users, topics, trainers, exams, digital content preparation… 7. Prepare and deliver training topics as scheduled such as: communication, presentation, leadership, problem solving skills… 8. Install talent development tools which enable HODs understand the training needs and prepare talent pool. 9. Other tasks assigned by Training manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1. Education
College or above
English level – Intermediate
2. Experience (at least 2-3 years)
Delivered training topics: orientation, presentation, problem solving, leadership, communication skills…
3. Knowledge of:
Company culture and core values
Self - learning and developing
HR management
Training management
4. Skills/Abilities:
Good communication skill
Good presentation skill
Good in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), photoshop skill is a plus
