Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Receives customer order and work with relating Department to confirm Pro forma invoice to customers.
Ensures customer order to be shipped timely as ETD commitment.
Communicates with customers for shipping document, payment.
Maintains relationship with key customers
In charge of booking, planning and ship out.
Check, confirm, sending document to customer.
Experienced to work with trucking services to monitor shipment plan for warehouse
Follow up loading plan to revise book if needed
Summary update for Customs team to do clearance
Records shipments on daily log sheet
Completes other assignments and special projects as requested by the Logistics Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Required – University graduate, major in Business Administration or English
Experience
Over 3 year experience in customer service
Proven track record of success measured by increased responsibility and attainment of prescribed objectives.
