Open PositionDescription
Responsible for handling customs declaration and customs compliance activities for import and export shipments. Ensure accurate declaration, proper liquidation, and compliance with customs regulations while coordinating with brokers and internal teams.
Prepare and submit Customs Declaration Forms (CDF) for import and export shipments via the system.
Prepare customs-related documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Advice, and supporting documents.
Register and manage material consumption by style for customs purposes.
Track and manage original export CDF and customs records.
Coordinate with customs brokers and trucking services to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Handle customs liquidation, contract liquidation, and transfer of surplus raw materials to new contracts.
Reconcile customs data with internal inventory records and BOM.
Prepare reports related to exports, contracts, and customs status.
Support Finance in settlement and liquidation reports in accordance with accounting requirements.
Prepare and follow up required customs certificates such as Certificate of Origin (CO), Fumigation Certificate, and Phytosanitary Certificate.
Support Internal Audit and customs inspections when required.

Solid knowledge of customs declaration procedures, E-customs data management, and customs liquidation.
Good understanding of HS code classification and customs compliance.
Knowledge of current Customs laws, regulations, and policies related to import/export.
Experience using VNACCS and customs declaration software.
Ability to reconcile customs data with inventory and BOM.

Careful, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Good communication skills when working with customs authorities, brokers, and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and handle compliance-related tasks.
Proficient in VNACCS system, Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office.
