1. Provides forecast and capacity analysis to management.
2. Works on various projects and teams to improve quality, productivity, cost, and safety.
3. Macro assembly line balancing.
4. Resolves day to day production issues and problems.
5. Ensures effective employee relations.
6. Responsible for completing personal professional development plan
7. Builds the Master Shipping Schedule for the following two weeks
8. Performs other related jobs as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Manager
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Mapics certification preferred.
Experience:
- 1-3 years in production planning roles.
Software Skills:
- MRP (Material Requirement Plan)/ERP software proficiency.
Knowledge:
- Product and process understanding.
