Description

• Create the CNC programs for UPH frames for New Go item, R/D cost estimating.
• Create the CNC programs for Low Melt Fiber, Foam and PU components.
• Create rework CNC programs to fix problems for production.
• Collaborate with R&D 3D Design, Cover fit team to make samples for new development.
• Complete Engineering Change Orders (ECO) in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with production to evaluate set-ups, program cycles, operator movements, wasted motion, along with machine and process improvements. Solve problems related to operator error, machine error, maintenance problems, yield problems, etc. and generate ideas that help with factory flow, throughput, ergonomics, material cost saving, machine cost savings, etc.
• Complete other assignments and special projects as requested by Department Manager.

Requirements

1. Education

- Graduated from intermediate school or higher majoring in Security or Military, high school diploma or equivalent (exp)

2. Experience:

- At least 1 years of experience in security internal

3. Knowledge of:

- Language: Vietnamese as mother language.

4. Skills and Abilities:

- Professional style, confidence in communication and flexibility in handling situations.

- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft PowerPoint

- Calm under pressure and in high-stress environments

- Prior experience working in a corporate security environment preferred.

- Able to work weekends and evenings.
