JOB SUMMARY
- Ensure the quality of the company's products, meeting established quality standards.
- Coordinate with related departments to improve production processes and product quality.
- Collect global customer complaints, analyze, and create action plans or directions for future improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement product quality inspection plans, quality procedure, checklist, SOP, at all stages of the production process.
- Check the quality and analysis of the new product and potential fail to prevent it happening.
- Analyze and evaluate quality test results, detect, and report quality problems.
- Propose measures to improve production processes and product quality.
- Support employee training in product quality.
- Do and ensure accuracy when collecting data from system and processing data, when it is analyzed, sent out together with action plan or direction to show priority focus needed, maintain quality process control and alert to related departments if data show abnormal.
- Continuous monitoring of customer complaints & update priority.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Required – High school or above.
Experience
- More than 1-year basic background of in QA/QC
- Working in the furniture industry is prefer.

Working Conditions
Involves working in general manufacturing conditions where there are frequently moving products. These conditions also include working in an area where there is moderate noise from the manufacturing processes present and without air conditioning.
