The CI Supervisor is responsible for driving operational excellence by leading Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and managing the 6S and Idea Network (IDN) programs. This role plays a key part in aligning improvement activities with business objectives, strengthening CI culture, and supporting sustainable organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Continuous Improvement Execution:
- Lead and facilitate CI projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement improvement opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure CI initiatives are executed on time with clear tracking, reporting, and measurable results.
- Promote data-driven problem solving and decision making across departments.
-Provide training, coaching, and guidance on CI tools and methodologies to build organizational capability.
2. 6S & Idea Network (IDN) Program Management:
- Own and drive the 6S program across all departments to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.
- Promote and embed a strong 6S and continuous improvement culture.
- Lead the Idea Network program to increase participation, idea submission, effective evaluation, and implementation.
- Plan, organize, and conduct 6S and IDN activities, events, and campaigns.
- Develop, train, and coach CI/6S/IDN resources to support business growth.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the 6S and Idea Network programs to meet objectives.
3. Leadership & Team Management:
- Supervise and guide CI team members and 6S/IDN representatives.
- Set clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
- Encourage ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure CI alignment with business strategy.
- Lead change initiatives and influence others through strong leadership and example.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Education:
- College or University graduation
- Basic concept of Lean
2. Experience:
- 4+ years’ experience of continuous improvement/project management.
- Experience in leading improvement projects and project team.
3. Knowledge of:
- LEAN Manufacturing Concepts
- Statistical Process Control
- DMAIC Principles
