Follow training plan to organize training class. Monitor training process and results. Ensure all training following company training request and falls a positive learning cycle.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and internal training programs
- Track training plans, attendance, and completion status
- Prepare and maintain training reports & dashboards
- Collect, clean, and process training data for weekly/monthly reporting
- Use Power BI / Excel to support data visualization and training analysis
- Maintain training records, documents, and training databases
- Support trainers in organizing training sessions and logistics
- Assist in improving training effectiveness through data insights
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Training Manager
Qualifications
- College or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, Data, or related fields
- Open for Fresher (experience in Training/HR or reporting is a plus)
- Good skills in Excel (Pivot, formulas), PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Ability to process and analyze data accurately
- English skills: able to read documents, write basic emails, and communicate at work
- Careful, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Good communication and coordination skills
