Follow training plan to organize training class. Monitor training process and results. Ensure all training following company training request and falls a positive learning cycle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with all departments to make sure new employees are trained for new position before start to work.
- Implement training course as training plan
- Maintain training records
- Develop & update technical training material for WH, Cutting, Prep, Bundling, Sewing.
- Issue certificate for trainees after finish each training course.
- Monthly issue training new
- Assist trainer on training programs if necessary
- Other tasks assigned from training manager
REQUIREMENTS
- Education
- College or above
- English level – able to reply email in English and read English report.
- Experience
- Open for fresher in training fields,
- Previous experience developing training material is highly desirable.
- Skills/Abilities:
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
