JOB SUMMARY

Assist superior with administrative daily work. Arrange business meeting and work schedule. Generate quality report on daily base and keep it updated. Provide support to quality lab. Proactively assist in developing and maintaining the quality control procedures for the flow of incoming raw material.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work with QC Manager to Develop and Maintain activities for controlling the incoming goods of raw materials. 
2. Strive to use data driven activities for leading improvement conditions
3. Provide, interpret, and be able to review quality reports to and from customers
4. Effectively work with vendor and other relative departments to identify quality problems, devise solutions, implement solutions, and follow-up on problems to ensure correction. 
5. Create IQC, EQC, and TAT reports as needed.
6. Create material measurement variance report monthly and issue NCR accordingly.
7. Back up the test report and inspection report from international vender.
8. Monitor and maintain the attendance and efforts for all members of raw material quality department.
9. Provide monthly quality assessment report for all raw material suppliers as necessary (Fabric, leather, PVC, etc suppliers).
10. Coordinate daily work activities for Traveling Auditor Team.
11. Perform any other duties and services required by upper management.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Assist the QC manager with controlling the raw material QC system to meet department objectives. Lead through continuous improvement actions. Assist raw material manger to be responsible for getting raw material in right quality on time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education

• Required –3 year college degree and above

2. Work experience

• 1 years of related work experience

3. Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI)
