Create solid models, technical drawings, and prints based on design concepts or rough drafts while ensuring product functionality and cost efficiency.
Participate in rough mock-up reviews and first machine build sessions; ensure equipment is assembled according to drawings and revise designs when necessary.
Troubleshoot equipment design or engineering issues and recommend practical solutions for improvement.
Manage project implementation schedules, including timelines for manufactured and purchased components of automation machines and equipment.
Perform robotic simulations and motion studies using simulation software when required.
Collaborate frequently with Engineering, Product Development, Software, Assembly, Fabrication, Programming, and Quality teams to improve engineering and manufacturing processes.
Participate actively in technical meetings and provide procedural explanations, engineering support, and technical recommendations.
Support engineering special projects including product improvements, testing activities, and standardization of engineering/manufacturing procedures, tooling, and components.
Maintain and update machine drawings, electrical schematics, BOMs, and machine manuals with accurate labeling and proper file backup management.
Stay updated with engineering concepts, manufacturing technologies, and software releases through continuous learning and training activities.
Train and support related departments or team members on engineering standards, systems, and processes when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Experience
At least 2–4 years of experience in Mechanical Design Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with 3D modeling and mechanical design software.
Experience working with 3D electrical design software is preferred.
3. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Good English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of 3D design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent applications.
Basic to intermediate understanding of PLC programming and automation systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related engineering software tools.
Strong mindset toward Process Automation and Continuous Improvement.
Good project management and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
