Job Summary
The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and coordinating with Warehouse, Production, and Planning teams to ensure inventory records accurately reflect physical stock. This role contributes to improving inventory control and supporting smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cycle count activities according to the inventory counting schedule.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical stock and ERP records.
- Monitor inventory accuracy for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Planning teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Prepare inventory reports and analyze inventory accuracy to support management decisions.
- Support physical inventory counts, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Education
- College degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience in warehouse, inventory control, planning, or manufacturing is an advantage.
Knowledge
- Understanding of inventory control principles.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM) and ERP systems is preferred.
Skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Power Query is a plus).
- Ability to analyze and process inventory data accurately.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic English communication skills (reading reports and writing emails).
