Take responsibility for registration of newly-hired employees from the supervisory level down.
Responsible for vocational training / probation agreements, performance appraisals and labor contracts, ensuring that these provisions are strictly implemented in accordance with the Company's regulations and the Labor law of Vietnam.
To take responsibility for the promotion and transfer of the work of the employees, to ensure compliance with the regulations of the company.
Responsible for providing payroll related information and other payables.
Responsible for checking and supporting the updating of documents related to employee time sheets, resignation documents to ensure smooth operation on a daily basis.
Responsible for keeping records of employees from high level supervision downwards, ensuring full and easy records as needed.
Orientation for new comers with Company regulations and employee benefits.
Provide / advise staff on staff regulations, establish effective communication for staff.
Participate in the development of guidelines / regulations for all related tasks.
Explain, implement and collect feedback on the rules and regulations of the Company.
Reports related to Human Resources.
Support HR & Admin activities.
