Develop analytics capabilities to understand the effectiveness of our total value strategy that includes consideration for price, promotion and related elements like delivery, protection, etc.
Evaluate market performance drivers to deeply understand why the business is getting the results being achieved and advise on insights to correct issues and maintain gains
Partner with other analysts to understand common themes across markets and make recommendations on offer changes and other actions to improve business performance
Partner with other members of the pricing team on omnichannel plans
Create analytics capabilities to enable the sales training organization to create development plans for retail sales associates – helping to improve the quality of sales talent
Understand merchandising/ assortment drivers and partner with merchandising on insight identification tied to this area of the business
Leverage market data to help sales leadership understand where they have opportunities to gain share in the market
Leverage combination of traditional BI tools (PowerBI) and more advanced capabilities (e.g. AI) to get insights turned into actions with maximum speed and efficiency

Requirements
Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related field, Required
Experience: 2-3 years of finance, merchandising, pricing, assortment, planning.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Data & Technology: Proficient in SQL and other database tools, along with strong computer skills.
