Open Position1. Recruit candidate through different channels.
2. Collect resumes. Build the candidate database
3. Screen candidates by resumes and through telephone interviews.
4. Recommend the candidates to requested department, then to arrange interviews.
5. Participate in selection process
6. Prepare offer letters
7. Organize the recruitment information and file the resumes according to different
positions
8. Coordinate the new employee starting program (company introduction, computer
set-up, dormitories, etc.)
9. Conduct the market survey to submit to the management in order to build the
competitive structure.
10. Prepare the recruitment reports.
11. Other tasks as assigned by Recruitment Supervisor/Recruitment Manager/HR
Manager
1. Education:
Required - College or above specializing in personnel management or relative
management.
2. Experience:
5 years experience in personnel, at least 2 year experience in recruitment,
having practical experiences in mass production.
