Job Purpose
Support the HR team in daily operations of Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations to ensure smooth recruitment processes and effective employee lifecycle management
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Welcome and guide candidates through application and interview processes
- Contact potential candidates and support candidate sourcing/re-engagement
- Assist in organizing job try-out and onboarding procedures
- Support job posting and employer branding activities on social platforms
- Maintain and update candidate database and basic recruitment reports
Employee Relations (ER)
- Support data entry and management of employee resignation records
- Arrange exit interviews and prepare related documentation.
- Assist in offboarding procedures and administrative tasks.
- Support consolidation of employee feedback (exit interview, etc.)
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Requirements
- Good communication skills, confident and clear speaking
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Interest in Human Resources is preferred
