JOB SUMMARY
Support IE Engineers, Production, and Quality teams in conducting preparing and auditing SOPs, monitoring production efficiency, time studies and following up continuous improvement activities on the production floor. Collect and update manufacturing data, support process optimization, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate new process or new product setup activities across manufacturing sections.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Production Team to troubleshoot daily line bottlenecks, review back-issues, and report to IE Engineers to find technical solutions.
- Prepare tools, jigs, and materials, and coordinate with concerned departments to conduct production testing for new optimization projects, New Product set up.
- Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for manufacturing processes: check sample designs, review with the QC and Production Team, and make presentation files for process alignment.
- Work with the Production teams daily to perform time studies, collect data on cycle times, and update the capacity report.
- Audit SOP at the production sections daily: check standard methods against real worker operations step-by-step, and analyze deviations to improve efficiency.
- Audit and follow up on New Process/Kaizen applications: collaborate with the production team to capture new ideas, handle comments, and analyze manufacturing issues.
- Make Weekly Efficiency, Capacity, and SOP Audit reports for senior management.
- Review the idea network on the shop floor for continuous improvement (Kaizen) ideas regarding labor reduction and material saving.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
In charge of Industrial Engineering technical tasks, supporting the Manufacturing sections (including Cutting, Sewing, Framing, Upholstery and Assembly).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Education
- Graduate of a reputable college/university with a degree in Industrial Engineering (IE), Mechatronics related technical fields.
2. Experience
- More than 1 year of experience in an IE Technician or Production Support role within a manufacturing environment.
- Good user of Excel and PowerPoint, AutoCAD software, and AI tool.
- Experience in working manufacturing company.
3. Knowledge of
